Once a digital subscription, premium tool access, or digital product has been successfully delivered, activated, or shared with the customer, the order cannot be canceled.

Digital products are non-returnable once access credentials, invitation links, activation details, or downloadable resources have been delivered.

2. Domain Registration Services

Domain name registrations, domain transfers, and domain-related services are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once a domain name is purchased, ownership is assigned to the customer for the selected registration period and cannot be canceled before expiry.

3. Service Renewals

Cancellation requests for recurring services such as:

Website Hosting
Website Maintenance
Marketing Services
Subscription Renewals
Cloud Services

must be submitted at least 7 business days before the renewal date.

Requests received after this period will apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Promotional Offers

Services or products purchased during:

Black Friday Sales
New Year Offers
Festival Promotions
Limited-Time Deals
Discount Campaigns

are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. Account Suspension

RK Infotech reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without prior notice if suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, abuse, or spamming is detected.
